Is anyone else frustrated by the constant delays with the Somerset At Mt Holden Estate? We were originally promised April 2011 for release of titles but that continues to push out by 2 or 3 months at a time with the latest date July 2012. They haven't done anything more to stage 2 in the past 5 weeks so I would struggle to see this latest date happening!! ...

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has registered to use the new Parkiteer bike cage near the train station? I don't believe that it has been officially been opened yet, but anyone with an access card can unlock the cage door.

For anyone who might be interested in the system, there is a refundable $50 deposit that must be paid and you'll receive a swipe card to gain access. The cage is open 24/7 and has automatic lights that turn on after you swipe your card.

i have just made a police report about this as it is concerning. I could be being targeted or this could be a fledgling psychopath doing it. I would like to say they have ...

After two years of painstakingly researching, interviewing, compiling an historical book commemorating the 150th anniversary of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Subury I proudly submitted my finished work to the OLMC historical commitee. That was in 2010, two years later Sunbury parishioners are still waiting for the book to be published. Sadly, many of the elderly people interviewed who were descendants of Sunbury pioneers have passed away never seeing their legacy in writing. Waiting to go ...

I am a journalism student at RMIT University and a resident of Sunbury. I'm currently preparing to get something to write on from my local community. I am thinking of writing on the Myki machine malfunctions that have been occurring of late at the station, and how it has caused chaos at peak times. It will then relate back to the entire swap from Metcard to Myki. I am hoping to get some people or residents who have a strong opinion on the issue of Myki or it's problems, both sides would be ...
